POLICY
Processing Duration
All Baddibeeyhair extensions are pre-orders and therefore will take time. A pre-order item doesn’t mean that it is out of stock, it simply means that the item needs to be shipped from our warehouse, be customized and there on await shipment to your address. Due to co-vid19 regulations and restrictions, pre ordered items have a processing period between 14-28 days before dispatchment to your address. This can change to a shorter or longer period depending on delays and If so, please allow up to 5 weeks. If delays were to occur, you will be informed and updated immediately.
However, not all items are pre-orders. If an item hasn’t been stated as a pre-order item in the product description then expect you order to be dispatched between 3-5 working days unless you’ve chosen 1 day delivery as a shipping option.
Refunds & Exchanges
Baddibeeyhair doesnt have a refund or exchane policy on specific items due to co-vid19 health regulations. Baddibeeyhair has a 14 day return policy. The 14 days start from the day you receive your parcel. However, for your item to be returned it must be the exact same condition as it was sent in. It must follow these requirements:
- Unused
- Un-cut lace
- No make-up stain/tint stain on the lace and hair
- No wrips
- Uncoloured
- Uncut hair
- Unadded products (including washing)
- Must contain combs and elastic band if had
- Must have label and tag
If your item is approved for all of these requirements your refund will be made at Baddibeeyhair. This policy doesn’t apply to “Pre order” items and products.
Wrongfully ordered item
If you were to receive a wrongfully ordered item, you have the right to get the item exchanged to your exact order. However, the item must be unworn, with the tag and label attached and with the lace uncut and unused. If the item doesn't match up to these points then the exchange cannot be made. There is also a 2 week period for us to be able to cover the exchange. This period ends 2 weeks after your parcel has been delivered to your shipping address. Keep in mind that our shipping and handling department can track your order and get notified whenever your parcel is dispatched and has been delivered. This only applies to orders who chose “Trackable shipment” at checkout. Same period applies even If your order was made with standard shipping, the 2 week period counts 2 days after the item has been dispatched from us.
Product Issue
Please note that all products are highly checked and reviewed before being dispatched. Our wigs, ponytails, bundle wefts are machine made to ensure that issues such as rips or fabric tearing won’t occur and to minimize shedding. If you are to experience likewise when receiving the package, please contact us.
Shipping, Handling & Package losses
Once your order has been dispatched to the shipping courier, we are no longer responsible for your package.To prevent any package losses, choose trackable shipment. If you have any concerns or by accident have ordered your package to the wrong address, please make sure to contact us through our contact page or call our customer service line within the processing days. We do not control the delivery delays or losses. If your package has been lost during shipping, contact us immediately so we can help you file a reclaim. Contact the shipping courier for questions regarding your delivery.
Baddibeeyhair Express.
Baddibeeyhair express is our newest shipping service which shortens the processing period of an item that is pre-order. Instead of an item processing for 3-4 weeks, it will instead process for 1 week, meaning that your item is shipped to you aproximately 1 week after purchase.
This service is convenient to anyone in need of an item quickly that don't have time to wait, however, due to the item processing quickly, the item does not come styled or customized. It is ready made and shipped directly to you.
Be aware that additional import fees may add on once you receive your item, Baddibeeyhair Express uses DHL and FedEx as courriers, there migh be import fees depending on what region the item is being shipped to. Please note that the additional fees are not covered by baddibeeyhair.
When checking out with a Baddibeeyhair Express item, it is very important that you choose "BADDIBEEYHAIR EXPRESS" as an option and NOT standard shipping.
