Q: What are the differences between the hair types?
A: You can find all the information about our different hair types on our Hair Diaries.
Q: Are all extensions including bundles pre order ?
A: Yes they are, unless the product has been described as a non pre-ordered product.
Q: Does the wigs come pre plucked and bleached?
A: Yes they do.
Q: Does the wigs come pre styled?
A: They usually don’t. The pictures shown for each wig on the site are the same wigs but styled.
They come in their natural texture state. However, it may occur that some wigs come pre styled.
Q: If I order a regular lace closure or frontal, does it come pre plucked and bleached?
A: Regular closure & frontal orders don’t come pre-plucked not bleached.
Q: I have never worn a wig before, how do I care for the hair?
A: No worries, we’ve got you. You search for the page ”Hair Diaries” and read our Hair care diary. It includes information about washing, styling installments and some includes product recommendations. You also get this information from our Exclusive manual which you receive with every order from us.
Q: Can I bleach or dye Baddibeeyhair extensions?
A: Yes you can. Our Raw, Double Drawn & Virgin hairs is human hair. They can be dyed or bleached and still maintain in good condition. However, be cautious when bleaching your extensions and always deep condition it after as bleaching causes damage.
Q: Does heat damage the hair?
Yes it does. Think of it as your own natural hair. Whenever you add heat to it, it damages the hair. Which is why it is important to always use a heat protective spray and moisturise to retain the hairs condition. However, our extensions are of High quality and maintenance, meaning that it doesn’t get easily damaged by heat.
Q: I placed an order to the wrong address, what should I do?
A: If your item is a Pre order, you then have approximately 2 weeks to adjust your address as pre orders have an approximate 2-3 week processing period. However, If your item is not a pre order, you then have 2-3 days to adjust your address, If not adjusted, the parcel will be dispatched to the written address and we will not be responsible for the package.
However, all our packaging slips include our return address. If we receive your item we will contact you and ship it to the adjusted address.
Q: Do you offer express shipping options with international orders other than Postnord.com?
A: Yes we do! We offer Postnord and DHL Express.
Keep in mind that these are the shipping curriers that handle your shipping after your items processing period. For example: If you order a pre order item. The processing weeks will remain thesame, however the shipping handling will then depend on the curriers delivery period.
Q: What is the difference between the Newbie Unit and Pro Unit ?
A: Our Newbie Units are lace closure wigs. They are constructed to be worn glueless and are easier to maintain. We highly recommended them for wig beginners or simply, If you’re searching for something easy to slap on and off.
The Pro Units are lace frontal wigs. They are constructed with a lace frontal and are high maintenance. They are more suitable for People with experience with wigs. Although it’s high maintenance, they can be rocked by anyone, even beginners.
